What is it? You may ask... Hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves . A one of a kind dance fitness programme that will blow you away! These calorie burning, body energising sessions will engage and captivate you. At last, working out can be fun and exhilerating!
Yummy Mummies ZUMBA!
A regular Zumba class, with a difference... New mums, no need for a babysitter... bring baby and they can enjoy the music while you work out! If your little one is mobile, for their safety and comfort, please ensure you bring a chair/playpen and suitable toys to keep them amused, they must not be free to run around amongst the adults exercising. Although it is tailored for new Mums, both men and women are welcome at this class - with or without a baby!
Teen ZUMBA!
A new class opened for youth aged 12+, throughout the summer holiday. Set yourself up for the day. Get the positive energy flowing... Have a laugh with your friends... Enjoy the music and the moves and have lots of fun, fun fun!!! Adults of all ages are also welcome to join in.
